Viktoria Galleria reserves the right to request documentation verifying such authorization.
  • 3.⁠ ⁠Artist Selection
  • Participation in exhibitions is subject to a selection process conducted by Viktoria Galleria. The platform reserves the right to select artists and artworks based on curatorial criteria, artistic quality, and relevance to the proposed theme.
  • 4.⁠ ⁠Authorship, Copyright, and Originality
  • By submitting an artwork, the artist declares that the work is of their own authorship and that they hold all necessary rights to exhibit it.If a submitted work is a copy, reproduction, reinterpretation, or derivative work, the artist must clearly identify the original work and its author, and confirm compliance with applicable copyright laws.The artist assumes full responsibility for any claims related to authorship, copyright infringement, or intellectual property rights.
  • 5.⁠ ⁠Non-Exclusive Image Usage License
  • By submitting images and related materials, the artist grants Viktoria Galleria a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute the images of the artworks solely for purposes related to the promotion, communication, documentation, and archiving of the platform and its exhibitions, in both digital and printed formats.This license does not transfer ownership of the artwork or images and may be revoked upon written request, except where materials have already been published or archived.
  • 6.⁠ ⁠Exhibitions and Awards
  • Viktoria Galleria organizes thematic exhibitions throughout the year. In certain cases, the platform may offer awards, distinctions, or other forms of recognition. The criteria and conditions for any awards will be communicated in advance.
  • 7.⁠ ⁠Sales and Transactions
  • The sale, payment, and shipment of artworks are entirely the responsibility of the artist. Viktoria Galleria does not act as an intermediary and does not participate in payments, contracts, shipping, customs, or negotiations between artists and buyers.

  • Artists are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding their artworks, including images, descriptions, dimensions, techniques, pricing, payment and shipping conditions, contact details, and social media links.
  • 9.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
  • Viktoria Galleria shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, disputes, or claims arising from participation in exhibitions, including but not limited to copyright disputes, sales transactions, shipping issues, or third-party claims.The artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Viktoria Galleria, its representatives, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from breaches of these Terms and Conditions or violations of third-party rights.
  • 10.⁠ ⁠Data Protection and Privacy
  • Personal data will be used solely for exhibition management, communication, and promotion of the platform and exhibitions. Artists have the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable law.
  • 11.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms
  • By submitting materials to Viktoria Galleria, artists confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and that all information provided is accurate and lawful.
  • 12.⁠ ⁠Amendments
  • Viktoria Galleria reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform and shall take effect upon publication.
